NurseCheck is published as an independent statutory-text tool. Editorial contact: hello@nursecheck.org. There is no attorney–client relationship with anyone who uses the site.
What we publish
- Verbatim excerpts from Texas hospital nursing statutes and federal CAH / EMTALA regulations, each with an official URL and a last-verified date.
- Cross-links where two rules point in different directions — shown side by side, not reconciled for you.
- Explicit notices where a statute does not answer a common question.
What we do not publish
- Legal advice, verdicts, or recommendations about your specific facts.
- Patient data collection. Checks run entirely in your browser; answers are not uploaded.
- Advertising funded by product affiliates.
